You'll have to hold the lever and push firmly in the center of the table. Probably best to NOT have a glass w/liquid on the tabletop when you're doing this! =) I'm 5'6" barefoot and at full height, it's comfortable enough to stand and type (I'm looking down slightly but I can angle the laptop's LCD)... They assembled very fast as well. I only have two small complaints... One is that they are very hard to lower. You must pull up on the bar and literally put all your weight onto the table top to get it to go down. I could see some older people having huge problems with that. The other complaint is that the top scratches easily and it is hard to keep clean. Realizing full well that teenagers with snacks and pop are the ones using it, it's to be expected, but it's very hard to keep the top of this thing clean without any streaks showing on it. That being said, I absolutely love them and they look great! |
